Terms of service
The plain-language rules for using Vizhound.

The deal
Vizhound lets you review prototypes: open a link, comment on what you see, and export the feedback. By using it you agree to these terms. If you're using Vizhound for a company, you're agreeing on its behalf.
Your account
You can use Vizhound as a guest or with an account (email code or Google — no passwords). You're responsible for what happens through your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be 16 or older.
Your content
Your comments, reviews, sketches, and screen grabs are yours. You give us the permission we need to store and process them purely to run the service — syncing across devices, generating your exports, and showing them to people you share a review link with. We claim no other rights over your content, and we don't train AI models on it.
Fair use
Review sites you have the right to review. Don't use Vizhound to attack, overload, or scrape other people's sites, to store unlawful or infringing content, to probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or to resell the service. We can suspend or close accounts that do, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Plans and payments
The free plan includes a limited number of projects; paid plans lift that limit. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — they charge you, and their receipt is your contract of sale. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you've paid for. If something is billed wrong, tell us and we'll put it right. We may change what each plan includes or costs; existing subscriptions get notice before any price change takes effect.
Other people's sites
The prototypes and sites you load into the viewer belong to whoever made them. Vizhound displays them for review; we're not responsible for their content, and loading a site through Vizhound gives you no rights over it.
Our stuff
The Vizhound product — its design, code, name, and brand — belongs to us. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to copy or rebrand it.
The honest disclaimers
Vizhound is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we can't promise zero downtime, that every prototype loads perfectly (some sites block embedding), or that exports are error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — and we're not liable for indirect losses like lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Ending things
You can stop using Vizhound or delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your reviews.
Changes and the law
If we make meaningful changes to these terms we'll flag them on this page and update the date at the top. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts there have jurisdiction — though if you're a consumer, you keep any protections of your local law.
